Our Activites

Fishing

is one of our guest’s favourite pastimes. We have bass which draws a lot of attention amongst other fish.

Make sure that you bring enough sunblock and stay hydrated while out on the water.

PS. Bass normally bite early in the morning or later in the afternoon.

Please Note: a freshwater licence is required to fish. A license can be acquired at a local post office.

Braai Spots

are available for you to enjoy time with family and friends.

We have quite a few braai spots close to the dam, so you can throw in your fishing line while waiting for your coals to warm up.

Please make sure that you place all litter in the garbage bins.

of all sorts are available to enjoy on the dam.

But regretabbly NO JETSKIS are allowed on the dam.

Please ensure you have all the necessary safety equipment with you on the boat to avoid any accidents.

Bring your mountain bike or hiking shoes and explore our beautiful nature reserve in a way you can’t with a vehicle.

Sleeping beauty is the official hiking trail.

We have new ablution blocks & gas geysers installed for all our campers.

Only 6 people are allowed per campsite.
